Taking a break from prepping the house for electrician visit--9 hours so far and I'm about ready to give up- take it as it is. :^)

Darn, *I* don't think it's art. I shall do something else as well, late. Because I spent darned all afternoon doing that editing, didn't have the energy to do more.

Abstract Glassy Thingie

I kind of felt that my video didn't really count, so I'm adding this one too.



This is a very abstract thingie, which looks nice, but I kind of wanted it to mean something, but I don't know what.

Yes! When I drew the cat I realized it was seriously hunting something. I thought about toys, but the dot was even better. :^)

The sketchpad drawing helped a lot- I moved individual lines to get just the right expression. :^)

Maybe it's the evolution of a Yin Yang symbol, twirling and gathering light and dark?

Aw, I don't think you needed to make another piece, but I really like it. Maybe it can represent something you're going through at the moment? A change /learning curve...? Something like that. The colours are quite dark, and I'm going through a sad time, so when I look at it, it looks a bit like a struggle, a hurdle to climb over. Everything is subjective ;)

Hehe, yes. I love the look in a cat's eyes when it's in hunting mode and is about to pounce on a toy. They get crazy eyes. When I was growing up, one of our cats used to get those crazy eyes and then become consumed with the crazies... Running round and round like someone had popped a balloon right behind her. Then she'd stop mid run, claws stuck fast in the carpet, panting like mad, and then try to run off again, but her claws were stuck, so she'd roll over and give up. Very entertaining creatures. :D

I once had a cat get the zoomies and run around the room several times, going over the furniture, and finally leaped from the top of the couch and left a paw print on the ceiling.

Cats are fun.
