Due to discussions on Marvel Art Party about NaArMaMo and Ice Cream, I promised myself I would make an ice cream mountain sculpture for NaArMaMo, and this is it.

Vanilla on top, then cookies-and-cream, and then chocolate. I put the ice cream in a funnel and then back in the freezer, and then it froze so well it wouldn't come out, then I left it to melt a little, lost track of time, and it melted a little bit too much. But there it is, my artistic ice cream mountain!

And then I ate it, of course.

Thanks. That was made on my phone, but they make a desktop version too. It a free app called Sketchbook. You should give it a try, I'm sure you'll do some amazing things with it. I will use it again.

I haven't used it in a while, but I used to play with this online drawing program. It's several versions on from the last I tried, so I don't know if it's still fun. It's free on line, but costs a little as an app... I think $5.

:) it's a good app, lots of different brushes to use and paint effects. I like it.

There is a kind of story to this. I've been chilling doing gentle cataloguing on Wikimedia Commons. Yesterday I went searching for green, blue and purple candy so I could stick them in the appropriate Candy By Colour categories. Anyway.. I was doing the same with listed (heritage) buildings on day 7. There are three types (grades I, II* and II) and I was going through putting them in the right boxes. Most of them were houses which are quite boring, but some of them are bollards. It seems that bollards can be hundreds of years old, and may get moved to more useful spots. One was a photograph of a listed bollard, and the photograph had no bollard :( I looked at the official list and it's been removed (like the bollard itself). WHO STOLE THE BOLLARD?
